Dispatch and order processing
Orders are processed within a few business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed on the following business day.
In-stock pieces are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Made-to-order and customised pieces need additional time before dispatch. The lead time is noted on the product page and confirmed by email once your order is placed.

Shipping within Australia
MUSOU delivers to metropolitan and regional locations throughout Australia. Standard delivery is complimentary on orders of $100 AUD and over. Express delivery is always charged.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carrier and are counted from dispatch, not from the time your order is placed. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Worldwide shipping
MUSOU offers international delivery to eligible destinations, subject to courier coverage and customs restrictions.
International orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia, with reputable international courier services. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout from your delivery address.

International delivery times are estimates counted from dispatch, and may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations and courier operations.
Duties and taxes
Australian orders include GST.
International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to advise the amount in advance, as it varies by country and order value.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it is dispatched. If you have not received tracking details, please contact us.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery is charged at the applicable shipping rate.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@musouofficial.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
